All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.

If the return is not a result of our error and your item is returned within 30 days of purchase, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise minus the original shipping charge and actual return shipping fees.

If product was purchased through one of our referred vendors on the UB site, your refund request will be handled according to the terms and conditions of the referred vendor.

Customer Support must issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to any return. This can be obtained by filling out the RMA Refund Request Form.

Please fax the completed form to 972-726-9638. When your RMA Refund Request Form has been received, you will be sent an e-mail confirmation of receipt. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your return.
